Kind and Dependable Nanny Needed!

Location: Westminster, 80021

Pay/Benefits: $28-$35/hr depending on experience. Legal pay through payroll service. 2 weeks of paid vacation time. 1 hour of paid sick time accrued per every 30 hours worked, up to max 48 hours/year. 6 holidays off per year. Guaranteed 30-35 hours/week. This generous family is offering a $1,000 sign on bonus!

Start & Schedule: June 2026 Start. 3 variable days/week 7am-4pm/5pm, no weekends. Schedule is provided 3 months in advance. A 4th day may be needed on occasion.

About the family: This easy going family welcomed their first baby girl February 2026. They are looking for a long term nanny to join them in supporting their daughter’s growth and development. The ideal candidate will be creative and well versed in infant milestones. The parents plan to start sleep training around 3-4 months old and would appreciate the nanny’s assistance and knowledge in creating healthy sleep habits for the baby. Mom works in the medical field with a variable schedule. Dad’s work is busier during some months than others and grandma plans to help one day per week, but flexibility to take on an extra day on occasion is important. Reliability is an absolute must as both parents’ jobs are demanding.

*Interest in possibly transitioning into a nanny share with a similar aged child would be a plus, however this is not a requirement.

Up to date vaccinations including tdap within 5 years and COVID vaccine, CPR/first aid required. Preference is given to professional nannies with two years of full-time experience.
