Loving Nanny/House Manager Needed for Busy Boys!

Location: Petworth, NW Washington DC, 20011

Pay: $30/hr. Paid legally via payroll service. Paid holidays. Paid sick time. Guaranteed 20 hours/week.

Start & Schedule: ASAP Start. Some flexibility in times depending on nanny availability. Up to 20 hours/week if desired.

M 4:30-7pm

T 5pm-7pm

W 1:30pm-8pm

Th 4:30pm-7pm

F 5pm-7pm

About the family: This family has 2 sweet boys who are 5 years old and 7 years old. They both attend the same elementary school located less than 1 mile from their home. The nanny is welcome to use the family car for school pick up and transportation to sports, trips to the park, playdates etc. The family would love help with household management tasks such as grocery shopping, meal planning/preparation, laundry, organization etc. The ideal candidate would be both energetic and patient with the boys while requiring little direction to complete household tasks. A self starter who takes the initiative to help where it is needed would be best. The family does have 1 cat in the home, however there are no pet related responsibilities expected of the nanny. The dad works from home in the basement office and they have a biweekly house cleaner.

The family is looking for a nanny who is:

Up to date vaccinations including tdap within 5 years, flu vaccine, and COVID vaccines, CPR/first aid required. Preference is given to professional nannies with two years of full-time experience.
