Reliable and Active Toddler Nanny Needed!
Location: Louisville, 80027
Pay/Benefits: $30-$35/hr depending on experience. Legal pay through payroll service. 2 weeks of paid vacation time. 1 hour of paid sick time accrued per every 30 hours worked, up to max 48 hours/year. 6 holidays off per year. Monthly healthcare stipend. Can guarantee up to 40 hours/week based on nanny preference.
Start & Schedule: September 2026 Start. M-F 3pm-5:30pm at minimum. Additional hours available if desired.
About the family: This kind and respectful family has a playful 2 year old girl and a mischievous 4 year old boy. They both attend a Montessori school full time and need to be picked up around 3pm and cared for until mom gets home around 5:30pm. The nanny will need their own reliable vehicle for child transportation. Both kids are full of energy and need a nanny who can keep up with them through interactive play and engaging activities. Their son has sensory processing disorder which is mostly manifested as auditory sensitivity to loud noises - any experience with this would be a huge plus! The ideal nanny would lead with kindness, empathy and patience. Reliability and strong work ethic are a must! The family has an 11 year old lab who may need the water bowl refilled and potentially a walk if the nanny is a pet lover! Both parents work in the medical field outside of the home. If the nanny is interested in additional hours, the family is willing to guarantee up to 40 hours/week filling those extra hours with household tasks such as laundry, light cleaning tidying and organizing, and meal prep/cooking. Both parents work in the medical field outside of the home.
