Professional Parents Seeking Infant Experienced Nanny

Location: Lone Tree, 80124

Pay: $30-$35/hr plus $200/mo healthcare stipend. Paid legally via payroll service. Paid vacation time. 1 hour of paid sick days accrued for every 30 hours worked (max 48 hours). Holidays off.

Start & Schedule: June 2023. Variable days and hours including some weekends and evenings. Shifts would range from 4 hours-10 hours at a time. Schedule provided 1 month in advance. Sample schedule available. Guaranteed 120 hours/month.

About the family: This family welcomed their first baby boy in December 2022! He is doing a great job breastfeeding and they plan to introduce a bottle in the coming months. They would value a nanny with previous infant experience to help guide them through this new chapter! The family wishes to follow a modified Ferber method of sleep training and would love the nanny to join them in following these guidelines to promote healthy sleep habits. They have a lovable 60lb dog and the nanny would be asked to let him out in their fenced backyard midday. The ideal candidate would be comfortable having mom around the house when she is not working but busy with other tasks. The dad works from home 1 day/week in a designated office space. Typical child-related duties such as child laundry, washing bottles, etc. would be part of the nanny’s duties. A Russian speaking nanny would be a plus - both parents are fluent in Russian and English.

Up to date vaccinations including tdap within 5 years, flu vaccine, and COVID vaccines, CPR/first aid required. Preference is given to professional nannies with two years of full-time experience.
