About the family: This family is seeking a loving and experienced nanny for their sweet and happy 6-month-old daughter. She is a generally relaxed baby but may need a little time to warm up to new people. She can be particular with her feedings, preferring them to be done in the same spot, and can easily get distracted - so patience is a must! The ideal candidate will have previous infant experience and be loving, nurturing, and knowledgeable about developmental milestones. They should also be engaging and creative, with a passion for planning activities and art projects that promote learning and growth. While driving is not required, the family would love a nanny who enjoys taking the baby on outings to museums, parks, libraries, and playdates. Someone who values spending time outdoors, especially in warmer weather, is a priority for them. The nanny’s responsibilities will include typical child-related tasks such as washing bottles, managing baby laundry, and tidying the nursery and play areas. The family would also appreciate light household assistance, including tidying the kitchen, wiping down surfaces, loading/unloading the dishwasher, and handling some parent laundry (prioritizing linens and towels). While the family typically prepares the baby’s food and snacks, they may occasionally request help with simple meal prep. Open and honest communication is very important to this family. They value feedback from both sides and aim to create a positive, collaborative relationship with their nanny. They hope their nanny will feel like part of the family and are looking for someone interested in a long-term commitment. The family has two cats in the home, and the nanny may occasionally be asked to feed them. Parents may work from home a few times a month from a designated office space on the first floor of the home.

The family is looking for a nanny who is:

• Experience with infants

• Organized and Tidy

• Reliable and Punctual

Up to date vaccinations including tdap within 5 years, flu vaccine, and COVID vaccines, CPR/first aid required. Preference is given to professional nannies with two years of full-time experience. At least one-year commitment required, ideally long-term nanny/family relationship. Please apply below and email resume or LinkedIn profile to nannies@whitecoatnannies.com. We look forward to hearing from you!
