Engaging Nanny Needed for Two Sweet Boys!
Location: Denver, 80206
Pay/Benefits: $25-30/hr. Legal pay through payroll. 3 weeks paid vacation (1 week at the family’s choosing), 1 hour of paid sick time accrued per every 30 hours worked (max 48), 6 paid holidays. Guaranteed 40 hours/week.
Start & Schedule: ASAP. M-F 8am-4pm, with some flexibility to start and end later if desired.
About the family:
An outdoorsy family is looking for a nanny to care for their two imaginative, engaging, curious boys who are 3.5 years and and 9 months old. The family enjoys cooking, gardening and exploring Colorado and points beyond. They are looking for a nanny to create a long lasting bond and stay with the family for years to come. The work schedule will be 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday. The older boy is in part-time daycare and the baby will be home full-time with the nanny. The nanny can use their own car to pick up the older boy, or can use the family's car.
The family would value a nanny with experience who can take initiative but still have fun with the kids! Someone who has a lot of energy to keep the toddler entertained and always learning while tending to the babies' needs would be best. The family has two comfortable, well equipped play areas in the home, as well as a backyard outfitted for kids: sand box, water table, kiddie pool, bikes and scooters. The family lives within walking distance to multiple playgrounds, parks, the Congress Park pool, the Botanic Gardens, and the library. The Nature and Science Museum, the Zoo, and City Park are a short drive away. The parents encourage outings with the children to all of these places and more. Typical child-related duties include light children's meal prep, general tidying and organizing of children's rooms and play areas, as well as child laundry. The family does have a cleaner who comes every other week. Both parents work from home.

Up to date vaccinations including tdap within 5 years and COVID vaccine, CPR/first aid required. Preference is given to professional nannies with two years of full-time experience.
