Nanny/Household Manager Needed for Loving Family

Location: Denver, 80207

Pay/Benefits: $28-$30/hr DOE. Legal pay through payroll. $200/mo healthcare stipend (non taxed). $100/mo for car maintenance and milage reimbursement (non taxed). 2 weeks paid vacation. 1 hour of paid sick time accrued for every 30 hours worked (max 48 hours/year). 6 paid holidays. Guaranteed 30-40 hours/week based on nanny’s preference.

Start & Schedule: September 2023. Typically Mon-Fri 12pm-7pm. Flexibility for mornings hours of 7:30am-9:30am 1-2x/week would be ideal.

About the family: This family has a sweet 5 year old boy and a friendly 7 year old girl who both attend school full time about 15 minutes from their home. The nanny will start the day completing house management tasks such as organizing, running errands, grocery shopping, laundry, and meal prep. The family has a house cleaner who comes 1x/week. The nanny will need their own vehicle to pick up the kids from school and take them either home or to activities. The family has a friendly dog and a loving cat who the nanny may be asked to feed occasionally. The parents want their nanny to become a part of their family and join them in loving, supporting, and encouraging the kids to be their true selves. Both parents are in the medical field and work outside of the home. Aside from their demanding jobs, they are generally laid back and want to support their nanny’s own endeavors and personality!

Up to date vaccinations including tdap within 5 years and COVID vaccine, CPR/first aid required. Preference is given to professional nannies with two years of full-time experience.
