Organized and Proactive Household Manager Needed for Busy Family!
Location: Central Park, 80238
Pay/Benefits: $28-$36/hr commensurate with experience. 2 weeks paid vacation. 1 hour of paid sick time accrued per every 30 hours worked (max 48 hours/year). Paid holidays. Monthly healthcare stipend. Guaranteed 20-30 hours/week based on nanny preference. This generous family is offering a $500 sign-on bonus!
Start & Schedule: ASAP Start. Ideal schedule is 10am-6pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Potentially some hours on Monday and Friday. The family is open to some negotiation on hours for the right fit!
About the family: This family has a very active and lovable 18 month old boy who attends daycare full time. The nanny will need a reliable vehicle to pick him up from daycare around 4pm. The family will provide a carseat and mileage reimbursement. Additional childcare may be needed during school closures or if he is home sick. This position will focus heavily on house management tasks such as organization, inventory management, weekly grocery shopping and meal planning (pescatarian diet), laundry, errands, coordinating home maintenance/repair providers, small event planning etc. The family has a sweet and loving dog who will need to be taken to vet and grooming appointments periodically. She is typically out of the home during the day, but on the occasions where she is home, she will need to be fed and let out into the backyard. She is very well behaved, non-reactive, and good on leash. Mom may work from home 1-2x/month in a dedicated office space.
