Warm and Loving Infant Nanny Needed!

Location: Aurora, 80013

Pay: $25-$28+/hr commensurate with experience. Paid legally via payroll service. 2 weeks paid vacation. 1 hour of paid sick time accrued per every 30 hours worked. Guaranteed 33 hours/week.

This generous family is offering a $250 bonus after 90 days of employment!

Start & Schedule: May 30th, 2024. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:30am-6:30pm. Option for additional hours 1 Friday per month.

About the family: This family has a sweet and smiley baby boy who will be 5 months old at job start! He is very curious, observant and perceptive to emotional cues. They are seeking a nanny who embodies warmth, patience, and confidence in caring for infants. The ideal candidate should posses a robust understanding of child developmental stages and exhibit creativity in crafting age-appropriate activities to engage the baby. Open communication is highly valued by the family and they wish to foster a culture of transparent feedback exchange with their nanny. This is a multi-cultural household whose core values are kindness and inclusivity. They are hoping to integrate the nanny as a part of their family! With one grandma residing in the household and another living close by, the nanny can anticipate ample familial support. Embracing and nurturing these significant relationships with the baby is encouraged! The parents may work from home 1 day/week.

Up to date vaccinations including tdap within 5 years, flu vaccine, and COVID vaccines, CPR/first aid required. Preference is given to professional nannies with two years of full-time experience.
